the hotel was absolutely lovely, except for the loud repair noises all day and night. Quite rude of the staff to ignore my luggage assistance request as well. I was expecting a complimentary sea-view upgrade, but guess I’m just a regular guest here. Almost left a glowing review, but those details ruined it for me.

Staying here with my family and pet was amazing! The sea view from our room felt like paradise, and having easy beach access was a hit with the kids. The staff provided attentive service, making our stay memorable and relaxing.
For dads, it would be great if the noise levels were lower.

Families will appreciate the hospitality
We stayed for 2 nights and the view from our room was just fine. The staff was super friendly, especially Sol, who made us feel like family right when we arrived.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

Fantastic beach access—just a hop, skip, and a splash away! Loved exploring nearby restaurants and activities all within walking distance.
Stairs galore! If you're not a fan of lugging your bags up a battle hill, bring a Sherpa.

Great Stay with Stunning Sea Views
Had a wonderful time in the Deluxe Twin Room with Balcony and Sea View. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay pleasant. Don't miss exploring nearby restaurants, and consider a trip to Isla de Providencia for a quieter experience. However, be ready for some nighttime noise!
